The Block : Series 2021
2021 was a huge expansion year for us, and also saw us feature in not one room, but three spaces across two different homes on the 2021 series of The Block. In addition to this, some of our pieces were also used in a challenge space by the Fave’s later in the series.
Firstly, we were discovered by Fan’s Kirsty and Jesse again for a master ensuite. They chose our Bath Caddy along with a matching Round Stool for their beautiful blue master ensuite. Although they weren’t the winners, Neale commented that it was “a damn good bathroom that feels fresh, glamorous - and is really fulfilling the brief”. We agree Neale! We next appeared in a bedroom that was styled to perfection as a kid’s bedroom. Chosen for this space were our Magazine Racks in a satin finish. And they were placed ever so beautifully above a little play table set up with tea cups and dolls. We also love the books chosen by the couple to display in the bookshelf, with Shayna in particular loving the Dolly Parton book that made an appearance! In that same week we also supplied Mitch and Mark with a set of our ever popular Bracket Shelves for their children’s bedroom. The judges loved this space, and as Mitch and Mark were the winners of this season, we were thrilled to be part of a winning house! Lastly, we were so thrilled to have our Magazine Racks and our Paper Roll Hanger be used for a challenge space that was completed by the Fave’s during the season. Scotty Cam and Shelley gave the two couples the challenge to renovate a multipurpose space for Bayley House. The space was completed to perfection and we thought it was going to be a great space for the teachers and students of Bayley House!
