We source our timber from a range of trusted suppliers and we work hard to be transparent with our customers so they know exactly where their timber is coming from.

FSC forest management certification confirms that the forest is being managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers, while ensuring it sustains economic viability.

Reusing, recycling and creatively repurposing all the resources that come into the workshop is part of our everyday management in the workshop.

Very little goes into the landfill, with every scrap of timber being used for smaller decor items or bagged into kindling. Even the sawdust is used by local gardeners for composting or as natural bedding for chicken coops.

We choose to ship our products with freight companies that are also committed to reducing their carbon footprint. AusPost have a carbon neutral delivery model along with a strong commitment to net zero by 2050.

We love to recycle a box! So don’t be surprised if you have a package arrive from us that is lovingly packaged in recycled/repurposed packaging. We also use cardboard boxes over plastic and other packaging that can be easily reused, repurposed or recycled by our customers at the other end!
