It all begins with an idea, a photo, a mood board or a sketch. Or perhaps it is all in your mind ready to be explored. In the first stage we meet with you either in your home or in our workshop and the creative process ignites. After a rough estimate of the costs involved are agreed upon, we begin the next steps. We have a range of contemporary designs to work from or we can develop an entirely new design from scratch.

During this phase we work closely with our clients to ensure the design and dimensions are appropriate for your space. We also finalise the details and provide a final quote. We also offer the opportunity for the 3D design to be viewed using virtual reality in the place you have intended for the item so you can see in your own home what the final piece will look like. This gives our customers absolute confidence in the design and dimensions.

Once an initial 50% deposit has been paid we can commence the build process. We know how exciting it is to see the journey from rough sawn timber through to the final incarnation, so we keep our clients updated with regular digital updates of their piece coming to life. At the end we can also provide our clients with a short video montage of the build process. If possible, we also invite customers to the workshop to view their piece in progress.

When you piece is finished and final payment made, we personally deliver and install the piece for you, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon. During this time we provide information on how you can care for your bespoke item. We also offer an aftercare service for any damage or maintenance your piece may require down the track, because we know, accidents can happen! Quotes for this can be provided upon request.
